This Vinegar is made entirely from Organic White Grapes (Trebbiano) from vineyards in Modena Italy.

Organic white grape vinegar is a type of vinegar obtained from the fermentation of organic white wine. The grapes used to produce organic white wine are grown according to organic regulations, respecting the environment and the health of the soil. Our organic white wine undergoes an acid fermentation process, during which the alcohol present in the wine is converted into acetic acid, the main component of vinegar. Our organic white grape vinegar has a delicate and slightly fruity flavour. It is less intense than red wine vinegar and is often used to preserve the colours of foods during marinating. It is used in the kitchen for a variety of purposes, including flavouring salads, creating vinaigrettes, pickling vegetables, and marinating meat or fish.
