This Vinegar is made entirely from Organic Red Grapes (Lambrusco) from vineyards in Modena Italy.

Organic red grape vinegar is a type of vinegar obtained from the fermentation of organic red grape juice. Our organic red grape juice is fermented into vinegar through an acid fermentation process, which turns alcohol into acetic acid, the main component of vinegar.
Our organic red grape vinegar has a distinctive flavour, often with fruity notes and a dark red or purplish colour. This type of vinegar is used in the kitchen to flavour salads, sauces, marinades and various dishes. It can also be used to create vinaigrettes, add flavour to meat or fish dishes, or to pickle vegetables. Our organic red grape vinegar is known for its fruity flavour and distinctive colour, which can add a touch of elegance to many culinary preparations.
