Noodles with vegetables & balsamic vinegar of Modena

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr of soy noodles
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large Tropea onion
  • 1/4 of red pepper
  • 1/4 of yellow pepper
  • pachino tomatoes
  • balsamic vinegar
  • thyme
  • oil
  • salts

PROCEDURE

Put the noodles to soak in water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stew the onion with a drop of oil 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and thyme, adding water if necessary.

When cooked, add the other vegetables cut à la julienne, with the exception of tomatoes and sauté for about ten minutes. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water, turning them continuously.

Once cooked, add them to the vegetables and tomatoes cut into chunks, let flavor seasoning mix well to seasoning and serve our wonderful and colorful dish of soy noodles with balsamic vinegar.
