Cantonese rice & balsamic vinegar of Modena


  • 50g of basmati rice
  • 1 onion
  • 200g of peas
  • 100g of cooked ham cut into cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • Balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • oil
  • salt


Boil the rice, drain it well and put it aside.Cut the ham into small cubes.Boil the peas for a few minutes.Fry the onion in a little oil until it softens.Make an omelette to cook only on one side with the eggs and half of the onion, stewed. When it is done, cut it into cubes. Add the peas, rice and omelette to the pan with the remaining half of the onion. Let it cream well and finally add oil balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and if we want to pepper.
